I am used to preparing and eating Mexican recipe because my mom worked for a Mexican Restaurant for 10 years before she went back to our country. Basically, Mexican foods have simple recipes and the ingredients are easy to find. As a matter of fact, one thing I really like about Mexican food is because it has plenty of alternatives to choose from if you can't find the main ingredient of a certain recipe. We have got a book of Fresh Mexico, so my mom and I are having a ball preparing Mexican food for our visitors such as Taco and Mexican soup.Link: Recipes and Food: Marcela Valladolid, Fresh Mexico: 100
